With more than 15 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management across multiple industries and the nonprofit sector, our founder currently serves as the Controller for a multi-entity organization. Throughout that journey, one thing has remained clear: many talented entrepreneurs—particularly those in minority and underserved communities—lack access to the financial guidance and support needed to scale their businesses with confidence.

Meet the Owner
Kerry-Ann Stewart, proud owner and founder of Numbers and Lumber LLC, has over 15 years of professional accounting experience across multiple organizations in industry and the not-for-profit spaces. Currently serving as the Controller for a multi-entity organization dedicated to empowering members of underserved communities by creating spaces and opportunities for class mobility, and providing avenues to bridge the wealth gap, she was placed in a unique position to witness the needs of the community in areas where she can make meaningful contributions.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting, A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and is a CPA candidate. Never satisfied with mediocrity, she pushes herself to the uppermost limits, and it is that same passion and leadership you can expect to encounter during business engagements.
